Why do ladies do that, then - bam nothing!

It could cause issues during appointments and possible safety concerns. A plain picture in scrubs with disclaimers for advertising a legit massage would provide curious minds the answers to their questions.

I saw her last week. She is a nice Eastern European Lady end 30. The location is in good neighborhood. Her set up is in the living room. I had a nice conversation and an excellent massage, draped under a sheet and strictly legit. She can provide invoices for insurances starting this week.
I will definitely return.

If you mean with undraped sans pants then she does not care but fully covert with a sheet and not a slightest hint of tease. The table is setup in the living room with children toys.
