Hi everyone
I would be grateful for any advice on treating a friend of a friend who has Fibromyalgia. I've not met her feet as yet, but she was diagnosed with Fibro many years ago and is looking for a solution to reduce the pain.
Has anyone any tips or advice on treating with someone Fibro, do's or donts, gratefully accepted.
My initial thoughts are a very gentle approach, more relaxation to help her relax and promote rest and relaxation.
My understanding is that it is in her legs and lower back, so far the people I have met have had shoulder and upper back pain, so this is new to me.
Many thanks for any help offered.
