Figuring out the legality of MP

Okay, so there are 2 types of MPs out there? Ones with body rub licenses, and ones with just holistic licenses? Do MP's with body rub licenses get busted? Is it illegal to be in one, like it is to be in a holistic license MP?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's hard finding info on this on the net.

That's not really what I am asking.

I know there are 2 types of licenses, but are the body rub parlours safer to be in. Is there less risk of being busted? Do licensed body rub places get busted, or are the holistic places busted for running unlicen2ed body rub parlours?

I believe the license for a body rub parlour is much more expensive than the license for a holistic centre. I also believe the city has capped the total number of licensed body rub parlours at 25.

I don’t think so.
The bright example can be former IT (Richmond Hill), B&S (North York), Euro SPA (Brampton) and others.
All this places had a Body Rub Licenses and got busted with criminal charges.

This is where I have a problem. Body rub parlours are licensed by the city. Customers have no way of knowing if it has been deemed a bawdy house by LE before they walk in. People should have the right to know if what they are doing is a crime or not.

Like Suk says, you're missing it. LE does not determine a place is a "bawdy house", all they need is some grounds for thinking it is. It's the court that does that, long after the raid. IF you were 'found in' the place during said raid and LE charges you as such, they may or may not also let the media know—depends on the current politics—and your rep may be toast. Then, when the case comes to court you get to plead "Not Guilty" and give your side of it. After hearing your side and the Crown's the Judge or jury will decide if you committed the crime of being a found-in. That's the first time anyone 'knows' a crime was committed, and that's why we have defence attorneys.

If your settled intention is sex—even a HJ—at a MP, then buddy, you should figure you're guilty once you 'frequent the place for the purpose' and acheive your goal—even if you never get caught. But if you're just asking for 100% safe, and I think that's what you really want—that's a judgement call in a grey area. Read the posts, read the papers, inform yourself, and decide how risk-averse you are. No one can do it for you.

Or stick to outcalls. If the massage is so important to you, tell them when you make the call. I'm sure many would oblige you.

And if all you want is an unworried massage? Stick to RMT's.

Yeah, I'm not getting it. I've tried looking for the penial code, or whatever, but it not exactly the easiest thing to find. I think even if I found it it wouldn't make much sense who knows diddly about the law. If anyone has a link please post it, because I would love to read it.

A few more questions:

- Can I be found guilty of being found in a bawdy house based on acts between another MP and her client, in another room?
- What is a typical punishment for being found in a bawdy house?
- Are licensed body rub parlours permitted to stay open after they are found to be bawdy houses?

The bottom line is and always will be :
If you get a HJ at any massage place, this is ILLEGAL and that means you can get busted at any time....plain and simple.
So for our purposes, as all of us do get this 'special service' lol....
We all run the risk of getting busted. Does not matter if it is licensed or not...

• Amazing what you find when you Google: Criminal Code of Canada—or go to your local public library.

• "Found in" oddly enough, means the cops found you in the place, just as it says. You might have an easier time with the concepts here—that is: The place is determined to be a bawdy house and therefore the people running it, operating in it or visiting it are determined to be criminals—if you did the homework first instead of asking for the info piecemeal.

• The CCC will give you the possible ranges, ask your legal advisor what's a typical sentence wherever you live. Or research in your local newspaper.

• Here again: What do you mean by "…allowed to stay open"? Some regulatory body somewhere meeting and recording a decision that Bawdy Babes Massage shall be allowed to continue in business? Or that, it seems to be taking quite awhile for the cops to notice the Open sign's been turned back on, perhaps because they've got other business to attend to? Or, isn't it interesting the city councillor with the corrupt practices rep has all the bawdy-house MPs in his ward? Or, wonder how he managed to find a sucker to buy that business from a jail cell? Or, Geez, some guys take a long time to learn, wasn't that his fourth conviction?

Bottom line: As in all human activities, and especially those involving sex and reproduction, black and white law is a dream, never the reality. We humans negociate all this stuff—at times with handcuffs and red and blue flashers, at times with freely given kisses and hugs (or their opposite), and somewhere in between is the area where we pay for it. Grey as can be.

Sorry if I've taken a finger-wagging tone. The facts—law and history, as well as various comentaries and summaries—are all easily turned up on massageplanet.net and elsewhere with elementary Searches. If you don't like the facts, get involved in politics and work to change the letter or the enforcement of the law. If you're just trying to figure out where to go for fun, maybe best change your questions. And expect as many differing answers as there are folk who care to respond. That's how reviews work. Not so sure about IT at the time of the bust. If I remember correctly, there was a fair bit of "controversy" about the status of their license.

And keep in mind that all charges were dropping before anyone stepped a foot into court.But none the less it was a hassle for everyone. Once the cops target a specific place for whatever reason, whether it be political or for fs implications the place is pretty much done.
