I've decided at long last to get up and running, I'm only going to do mobile at first to see how it goes, so going out tomorrow to deliver leaflets with kids and to tell everyone just how great I am
Any advice or anything would be great

Well done alli!! What therapy(ies) do you do? I'm sure it will be a success! I started my business by leafleting every house in the town (or at least it felt like it). Nice in the warm weather, not so good this time of year so wrap up well!

I was wondering for mobile therapists - if you go to client and client comes to you, do you charge the same cos like if you do the going and say it's half an hour each way this is like an hour of your time.

if you were spending that much travelling, you could well include a small extra charge. personally, i like to encourage clients to me but in my other guise as a PC tutor, where i go to them, i have charged extra on the first hour to cover costs abit.

trial & error as to whether folk will pay or not.

Good luck!!! Don't get dispondent if it takes a while to get established, you will succede! Try getting in tough with the WI and other friendship groups to do talks for them. I find that's one of the best ways of getting known.
