First time to Moscow

It seems Russia is very expensive to visit, I would think it would be cheaper. I go to Costa Rica often and are used to good prices. Paying 200 for a girl seems a bit ridiculous, seems it would almost be better to put the effort into picking up a girl. I am going to visit a girl that is hot, but it is possible she may not put out so I always have to have back up plans. Also curious about if it is dangerous. I am told Costa Rica is but don't think so at all I would walk alone at night and feel smpe, everyone is a foot shorter than me anyway. But I think it will be different in Russia. Can I wear a rolex down the street? Why are the hotels such a fing rip off? It's almost cheaper to buy a house than stay in a hotel for a week. Aside Reviewom the sex part because Reviewom what I am told being 25 and american I can pretty much pick any girl on the street and she will pretend she is in love with me. What else should I know about Moscow. Also what is illegal? Is there age limit with girls? Do most people speak english? I hear signs are normally not in english is it a problem getting around? Are there taxi/bodyguards? Any tips would be appreciated.
