First timer going to spa - what should I do

I made up my mind to go to spa valley. What should I do or say to let them know that I am looking for the whole package? Do I have to say anything to the mamasan in advance or hint at something? I understand that everything will be negotiated inside of the room right.

You don't need to say anything special. On phone and always, ask for a body rub. Never use the "M" word (massage) in these places. Once in the treatment room, go with the flow, but probably you will have to pay the house fee up front. The girl will probably leave the room at that point and you just have to remove your clothes. If there is a table shower, put on the robe. Otherwise, just lie on the table in your birthday suit face down. Once she returns, the massage will start. Be cool but friendly. A little roaming with your hands, caressing the masseusse's legs as she is working on you, is a good clue for her. Unless she tells you to stop, you may continue that without being a jerk about it yet. If you are too aggressive, you may find the massage cut short, but maybe you want that. Also, act like you are enjoying her massage and touch. Shoudl be easy, no?

I'm not as experienced as some of the hobbyists here but have been to two different AMPs in Pa a total of 4 times and the process has always been pretty much the same. Usually before the TS I'm led into the massage room where I pay the house fee of 60 or 70 and then am asked asked what I want and either she or I make hand motions to indicate what I desire, a price is mentioned, some haggling may occur and then once I pay the tip I undress and am led to the TS, then sauna and then back in the room to begin. During my first times I did my best to be my friendly disarming self, and made comments about how stressed out I was from work or whatever and that I hope she can help me out. I agree with the previous reply about touching her according to her responses which has me rock hard by the time of the flip.

There is no thing want in massage parlor. You can easily going to parlor and enjoy massage. Massage parlors provide everything wants for massage. At last you have paid money for service.

Don't eat for at least an hour before or after your massage. Drink plenty of water after your service to enhance the benefits of your treatments. Arrive early so you have time to enjoy the sauna, steam or whirlpool before your treatment.
