First trip to Patong!! Lets meet up and go hunting

I have been to Pattaya a few times but this is my first time to Patong. Anybody up for showing a newbie the ropes of Patong. So far I have heard that the Mai Thai Bar is the place to hook up and party with fellow farlangs so I will start there. Any other ideas or pointers you would like to share with me? :whistle:

After Mai Tai there's another 26 bars in Soi Eric. When you've done them you can move on to another soi.

From personal experience, no need to bother with the hunting as you'll be hunted by many attractive TG if you walk down any of the Soi's off Bangla Road. :cheers:

I will be arriving early morning around 11:00am, any sugestions were to get hunted for a the first boom boom.

If I was there at that time, I'd join ya for some hunting. I've got my safari suit and an open top landrover, and we can set off down the endless savannah looking for heffalumps.

The plan is we all meet up outside Hollywood disco. If you arrive first you could pass the time making gestures to the bouncers there. They love a bit of banter like that. Don't wear a shirt, you won't need one and I'll be able to recognise you better :winktongue:

There is not much to do at 11:00am, best advice is to locate one of the many nice beaches in Phuket and spend the afternoon there until late afternoon. Back to the Hotel to doll yourself up and then hit Bangla Road anytime from 9:00pm and try as many of the Soi's and Bars within as possible.

My other advice is don't fall into the trap of staying in one bar all night like I did on a few occasions’, you find that all your drinks and the BG's drinks soon amount up to a fair sum and before you know it, you've a 3,000+ Bht bill to pay!!

But try Soi Eric, Lion and Tiger - you'll not be disappointed!!

You have got that right YoungGun, learnt that after my first few visists, 4000 baht bill in one bar under tiger buying lady drinks like no tommorrow. You always have to learn the hard way.

Looking back, it was good but expensive fun - before you know it, you've got a couple of BG's around you all wanting Tequila shots @ 200 Bht a time. How can you refuse those lovely smiles. :love3:

my advice would be to learn to say NO. easy to stay in 1 bar all night.

Hi guys, my first night update in Patong, started at 9 went bar hopping from one place to another ended up in tiger, got a girl out just for the sake of getting oe. I was not impressed on the quilty of the girls they looked really ugly.
Any advise on were to find really good looking girls. Money is not a problem.

Read around for best times and place on some of the other threads. Not every night can be a winner, and typically the best get picked up early, or arrive at discos after bar shifts late....

Go for some higher end gogo girls if money is no problem, or go to BKK...
