FKK Palace vs FKK Oase

I regularily visit FKK Palace and FKK Oase.

I am angry at Oase because they are not renewing and cleaning as they should. The food and drink quality is bad and the place looks like it needs a lift up especially when it comes to ventilation, bathrooms and shower rooms.
The Oase used to be fresher and cleaner and used to have prettier girls.

The Palace is much cleaner, better ventilated, very clean shower rooms, very good quality food and drink, nice service, and they have recently built in more rooms and 2 seperated smoking rooms.
