A Florida massage therapist was arrested last week after investigators said he attacked a client sexually over the summer at his massage business.
Cesar Guerrero, of Winter Garden, was performing a 90-minute therapeutic massage on a woman on June 13 and he told investigators that “his hand may have slipped,” the Orlando Sentinel reports. Guerrero told investigators that the incident was “not intentional” and if he “wanted to do that to people (he) could. But (he was) not like that.”

After a six month investigation, Guerrero was arrested after investigators found that “the dangerous environment was created either by negligence or intent by Guerrero's failure to immediately adjust the draping and sufficiently protecting his client.”
He was fired from his job days after the incident and faces charges of sexual battery, the Sentinel reports.
