Follow on consultations?

After the initial consultation and treatment. How oftenor how do you document and revise the consultation sheets and effects form the previous massage?

I know it's obvoiusly good to revise regular but how regular and what sort of question do you ask as a therapist on previous treatments.
Would like to be as professional as poss and get it right. Thanks.

First of all, congratulations on passing your VTCT!
After every treatment, I try to document anything I should definitely remember such as did they sleep better, have their shoulders felt easier, etc. Then on the day they are due to come back I review any notes I have written and ask them about those points to see if there has been further improvement. I will then ask if they have noticed anything else. Often if you start by asking a client how they have been since you last saw them, they will start telling you anything you need to know anyway.
That is my approach, partly due to a bad memory! Others may have a different approach.
