How do you follow up on these situations: NO SHOWS... do you call that day, the next day, few days latter....sent a post card....what do you say?CANCELLATIONS...do you try to reschedule, wait for them to call back, etc.REGULAR CLIENTS THAT JUST STOP COMING BACK...I don't want to seem too pushy, any ideas?Thank you
