4. I love the flexibility of the work, the sense of the unknown, as well as the welcome familiar. My method of working is very simple. I have always tried to live by the rule of 'treat people the way you want to be treated' and I imagine that most gents visit me because they need some 'me' time, so I treat them like a King. I would love to have someone look after me, enjoy my conversation and pleasure me in a way that makes me feel special and that is what I try to do to the best of my ability and it seems to work. Don’t know if I should post here as picman asked for the ladies to answer, but I think that some people are not capable of running their own business (which being an independent escort is) and can’t cope with it.

For some even turning up for work (any job!) is a problem, just ask any employer or parlour owner!

So some lovely ladies can’t handle or don’t want the hassle of taking bookings, dealing with timewasters, arranging appointments etc. so doing shifts at a parlour or working for an agency (even though they make less money per client after the establishments cut) suits them and they let the parlour owner/maid/agency have the hassle! Also a lot (not all) of lovely ladies now escorting started in parlours, as it does give them a good grounding in the industry.

Of course other people love the cut and thrust of being their own boss and have the experience and maturity to organise yourselves and go it alone, arrange your own advertising etc and would not want to hand over part of the fee to anyone else! Exactly as Kate and Lucy describe above.

So really I think it’s not so much which way of working is better for every lady but which way of working suits a particular lady at that time.
Also many ladies have their own websites and work independently as well as working one or two days in a parlour, often this is fine and the smarter ladies and establishments work together but it can lead to conflict like whose advertising got the client? Especially if a client meets the lady through an establishment and then sees him independently!!!

I've only just started but I decided to go right ahead and become an independent. I don't think there are any/many BBW agencies out there, plus I like the control of talking to clients one on one before the booking. I also like organising things, so it's actually quite easy for me to run the business of being Carly Dylan. Also I researched quite a bit before I decided to make the jump. 2. I certainly have. I started working in super high class hostess clubs after uni (£500 for less than an hour anybody?!) You got £200 just for sitting there and at least 500 if you went to the hotel (went case). This could occasionally be turned into a couple of grand if you stayed longer in the hotel. I was happy if I made £750 each evening I worked.
This scene was dying a death a few years ago so I started working for Maxes Angels, an excellent agency in London. I was horrified at the £200 an hour he said to charge for incalls (LOL!) but soon realised the money was still great because you were so busy. I still have upmost respect for Max, he was strict but fair, with exceedingly high standards and it worked. It's because of Max I'm the type of wg I am now and I owe him a hell of a lot. He is the only person I'd ever work for again.

3. When I came back to Chester I didn't think I'd work again but I missed it so much. In the end I worked for crappy agencies for shitty money for a few months before going independent. (And causing murders in the process, well nearly causing mine. OK I'm exaggerating, but my experience of agencies in the North was not a good one)
