I recently had a conversation with a reflexologist at a seminar who told me she had a 'recipe' for foot balm that she was taught to use during her training. Unfortunately i didnt have time to get her name/email to follow up on this.
Does anyone else know of a balm that is made up from (I think) an emollient that is available from pharmacists, which is melted in a bowl over hot water, then you add some grapeseed/wheatgerm oil and the contents of a Vitamin E capsule to preserve the balm.
I like the sound of creating a balm to use in treatments but obviously need the basic recipe and quantities to start with!
