Hi - I had a check over the forum but could not find anything on this, so hopefully it's not a re-post.
I have just had the first lesson yesterday in Reflexology which was looking at the basics of the feet. The tutor had us look at a diagram, while talking through where to map certain points in the feet (we were drawing on people's feet!), I was at the end of the class and so naturally with her pace, she was never really up to check if I was doing it right and I don't feel at all confident with the points are.
She kept to basics and just to roughly map out; where the zones of shoulder girdle, chest and pelvic floor - the lungs, solar plexus, pituitary gland, shoulder, stomach and bladder.
Is there a way to know more where these points are? The bladder/stomach are the ones which are most making me feel I've lost it. Where roughly should I be aiming for? if it helps the maps we are using are the ones found in Bayley School (here
Sorry to be a pain and thank you for any help!
