Foot massage?

Hey folks....

I need a really good foot massage (including ankles and lower legs). I don't care for anything else... just wondering if anyone knows of where I can get a STRONG foot massage that is not terribly expensive. I am not looking for wimpy masseuses, new age freak remedies, or anyone offering extras cuz I'm serious about my foot pain.

Does anyone have any phone numbers and experiences?

I do a lot of running and I am often sore and need a good massage. If you dont require a tug or other sensual ministrations there is an older woman in Maple Ridge on River road and 216th street that provides an excellent therapeutic massage ( no extras and dont even ask as she will throw you out .

You might try Wendy at JJ Massage on Leslie Road in Richmond. She is very good at foot massage and if you tell her this is what you want you will not be disapointed.

Try Big Feet (or foot) on Granville north of 70th on west side of street accross from Starbucks. They have a sandwich board out front. 1 hour for $30 and excellent. Been there about 5 times. Enjoy!

Have to agree with burnabyguy5 that Wendy at JJ Massage on Leslie St in Richmond is the one to see for a foot massage. She is very knowledgable on reflexology and will tell you which parts of the foot massage benefit various parts of the body. Of course she has many other skills as well heh heh! She is a wonderful lady. Older but great. Treat her well.

Try any of the Unihealth locations for non-sexual accupressure and reflexology. They are offering a 1-hour introductory accupressure session for $15. You can find their ad in some of the local papers (Richmond Review, Kerrisdale Courier and others).

Yes ordering orthotics are great. But instead of a chiropractor I had them down by a podiatrist doctor. He will take an x-ray of your feet. If there is something wrong with your bones, then massaging would only be a secondary treatment. The doctor will wrap your feet with quick dry plaster to create customized orthotics. You bill the orthotics invoice to your private insurance plan. I have orthotics and I recommend them highly!

Lo and behold! The girls at Escape are Thai - and they give most excellent foot massages if you ask. I'll try to be a bit more descriptive next time I post.

As far as my handle, is concerned: I enjoy going to Escape more than anywhere else: if anyone can come up with a nude rub n tug at a better price with a girl who is 7 - 8 in looks and attitude, I'd be delighted to sample.
