Foot Spas

...the cleaning of the feet thread got me a thinking...how many people use foot spa's?
I have several colleagues who use this first, before a treatment. Dont know if I like the idea, but jsut wondered what your thoughts were....

Don't use a foot spa, but sometimes use a basin of warm water if the client requests it (appointment at the end of a busy day etc!) - I can then make sure it is clean before I put it back in the cupboard. Generally, I just clean their feet with a wet wipe, then get down to business.

Hmm, think my colleagues use it in a 'luxury' way rather than cleaning feet - you know, market their therapies with a '...start the treatment with a pampering foot spa'. I'd just be worried about keeping it clean (oo here we go again!), although its been suggested dropping in a couple of sterilising tablets after each use.
