Football Widow's Sunday

My bf thought of this one, Packer's widow sunday.

In my neck of the woods, it would be called a Packer Widow's Sunday around here. Pick your own team and change the name up a bit. Every sunday the Packers play, I could be open for business.

I toyed around with the idea of being open sundays last year during the winter only and I did have a few takers on it, but I did not advertise it. I would limit it to women only, as I would be alone in the building.

Since it is Sunday, I would be charging full price and not offering any discounts for new clients. Gift certificates and referal credits would be allowed.

I should add, that I am not a fan of football, so I wouldnt care that I miss a game. I would also only see clients around the time of the game, so this would limit my Sunday work to 2 or 3 appointments.

Let the games begin!!

i work on sundays too. but mine are the opposite of yours. i'm the packer fan so i have to schedule around the games! so that makes me wonder...are there enough women around that aren't actually watching the game? (i know women around here don't watch football but that's because no one wants to cheer for the lions! well, that is of course unless they're winning. then people will become fans. when they lose, no more cheering ~ stinkin' bandwagon fans 'round here)

i remember watching a packer game one afternoon and the camera showed a live shot of the mall....no one was in it and it was around the holidays. hilarious! I love being a packer fan!!!

i think it's a great idea! i'll tell you, people like coming in on sunday's. i actually get more people coming in on sunday's than lots of other days. (when i actually tell people that i work on sunday's. i try not to let everyone know because i do like some weekends to myself.)
