You seem to be rather all bent out of shape because somebody else had a bad experience with Josephine's Spa.
Even the best run spas will run into difficulties and make mistakes. For example, I've wound up on the wrong end of a double-booking at Allure. The receptionist made a mistake. And they made amends.
Based on Tito Santana's description, they made a mistake, and they didn't try to make up for it.
The fact that you've had many good experiences there does not invalidate that somebody else can have a bad experience there.
This seems to be a common problem on this board. One negative comment about some spa or some attendant, and they get jumped on by somebody else who hasn't a problem and the accusations fly.
To all massageplanet.net denizens, nobody is perfect(*). Mistakes can be made. And there's areason why we bandy about the phrase "Your mileage mnay vary."
