For those of you who do massage cupping...

Do you have a specific oil/cream/gel you prefer, or you feel gives better glide?

I really like using massage gel, and really would like to know if people have used it for cupping before. I've tried it once but couldn't get good movement with the cups. I felt it was more my lack of experience as well as the small size of the cups, but realize it might be my lubricant, too.

Any thoughts?

I use my Biotone dual purpose cream.

I really like Coconut oil or Jojoba. But if your on to foot work sometimes Castor oil is a blessing.

I use Gel for cupping. It works well.
