SHREWSBURY, Mo.–A St. Louis man sits behind bars on a $100,000 cash bond while awaiting two March hearings after he was arrested earlier this week.
Two women allege Caleb Holmes inappropriately touched them while performing a massage at Massage Luxe on Watson Road in Shrewsbury, Mo., according to a court record. The first incident occurred on Sept. 29, 2024, and the second occurrence was on Oct. 5, 2024. Holmes was later fired.
Caleb Holmes was charged with sodomy and sexual abuse. According to the Missouri Sentencing Advisory Commission, the felony carries a maximum sentence of seven years and the misdemeanor carries up to one year in jail and/or a fine not to exceed $2,000.
Holmes will return to court on March 4, 2025, for a bond reduction hearing. His preliminary hearing is set for March 25, 2025.
