Willowbrook, IL - Four women were arrested May 13 after an undercover detective was offered a sexual act in exchange for money at a Willowbrook massage therapy business.
DuPage County sheriff’s detectives received a community concern notice about Pine Tree Spa, 10 S. 648 Route 83 in Willowbrook, where prostitution was reportedly taking place, according to the DuPage County Sheriff's Office.
The undercover detective set up an appointment at the business, and during the meeting, Seong H. Shin, 43 of Woodridge, offered to perform a sexual act for money, the sheriff's office reports.
Shin is charged prostitution and unlicensed practice of massage therapy.

Gi S. Jun, 43 of Naperville, Munseon Luna, 40 of Naperville, and Youn H. Kim, 46 of Naperville, were also arrested. They are each charged with unlicensed practice of massage therapy.
More charges may be filed if the business doesn't have a valid business license, the sheriff's office reports.
