PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) -- Parkersburg Police have arrested four women on prostitution charges after detectives say they were operating a prostitution ring at two massage parlors in Parkersburg.
Hua Yun Sun, 55, Shu Ying Jiao, 56, Yun Lin Lui, 43, and Zu Qiong Li, 57, all of Parkersburg, W.Va., were arrested on Feb. 6, 2019 and charged by Parkersburg Police with multiple prostitution-related crimes.
The investigation started when investigators received an anonymous tip that sexual activities were allegedly being done for money at Hot Stone Massages, at 3003 Murdoch Avenue in Parkersburg.
Detectives contacted the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to help identify the occupants and employees of the massage parlors.
Investigators found the same person who owned Hot Stone Massages also owned other massage parlors, including the Asian Massage Parlor at 3501 Emerson Avenue, Suite 5A, where investigators discovered alleged prostitution was also taking place.
An undercover police officer went to Hot Stone Massages and Asian Massage Parlor and received a massage.
According to the criminal complaint, at each location, the massage parlor employees completed an agreement for sexual favors.

At 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, Parkersburg Police detectives conducted search warrants at both massage parlors and arrested four women.
