I discovered that the gift certificates I made fit perfectly in "moneyholder" cards, so I purchased several at Dollar Tree for 2/$1 (though I imagine there are even less expensive ways to buy them, I just haven't looked around).

My promotion is "Free greeting card with purchase of a gift certificate" and folks are loving the convenience. "I didn't know I could get my Christmas shopping done while getting my morning coffee!" said a co-worker at the college.

I've sold a dozen GC's in less than a week!
