Different guys montior the health cards of bar girls and street girls. Currently street girls are actually more closely monitored than bar girls. And, yes most street girls do have a health card.

For those who don't know, in TJ the term walker applies to girls on the streets without a health card. Street girls have a fixed location where they can be found. Girls without health cards are afraid of getting caught so they are constantly moving as they want to give the appearance of being on their way to or from home. Because they are constantly moving around--as opposed to standing in a fixed location--they are called walkers.

Most but not all of the street girls have cards. As with any bar girl and/or street girl by law they are supposed to have a card but as we all know things can be overlooked but not all of them can be overlooked. The small police station is at the end of the alley. My thing is when the gov make money f-ing with people . Their going to get paid! I have had many encounters with TJ"s street girls and there has been no problem. The drugs are everywhere and to say the girls at AB are clean "come on." We all know that thick fog of ICE following out of the womens restroom.Maybe things have changed but not that fast.

Adelitas and Tropical will have a decent selection around 3pm. Chicago Club and Honk Kong, like most clubs, won't get going until around 9pm.

Street girls are cheeper than bar girls. But the sg sessions are very short and mechanical; I aim for a gfe and that is something street girls don't provide.

IMHO street walkers aren't safe. The vast majority are heavy drug users. The reason street walkers are street walkers is they don't have/can't get a health card. And that should tell you all you need to know.

I think that AB would be your best bet on the selection. The chicas are fresh out of the shower and it's not too much people in there like the night time. Weekdays seem to be my fav time because I get more attention. CC will most likely be dead as a door knob anytime before 10:00 pm. Hk would be a good choice for a warm up but the girls change range from ugly to bomb. Less traffic at 3 pm gives you a seat but it's not as good as the night time. Every gringo worries about the feds but unless you have drugs or are pissing on the street you don't have much to worry about. The stories you hear about the cops happen to those who don't play the game. The SW are always there and to me seem to be my best value. Just me two cents.

Going to TJ on Friday around 3pm - I am wondering the action will be like at CC - HK - AB ? And also what will the cops be like (better or worse than the pm)? I will be going by myself since my friend had to cancel. What about the Street girls worth my time? Thanks for the help! J
