Been to fuji a couple times. First time was with Chi Chi there and no complaints. Then when I called to look for Chi Chi again, mamasan says she is there. That's like saying all the guys who leave a decent tip are stupid. It's a very personal business made up by individual choice. Yes, you can get full service on the cheap, but you get what you paid for, sometimes more than you expected or wanted.
