congrats on being fully booked! A whole month in advance? Oh boy, that would make me nervous. I like having flexibility in my schedule and I like having some room for people who call somewhat last minute and schedule. I don't even like it when I'm completely booked a whole week in advance. I will inevitably get a couple calls from people wanting an appointment within the next few days. I would start feeling anxious and awful that I cannot accommodate my clients if I was fully booked.
But, Congrats to you!!!!! Seems like you have fulfilled a goal that you set for yourself. That is wonderful. I am happy for you!

I love all of my clients. I've been very lucky. However, I do have a few mt's that I refer to regularly, if someone doesn't want to wait for an opening.

Congratulations!
I agree a cancellation list is a good idea for those clients who only want to see you and also a good opportunity to pass clients onto someone else.
You could also use this opportunity to gently refer clients that you may not get along with quite as well.
Congratulations! :D

When I first started my practice, I was lucky enough to receive referrals from an MT who was fully booked. When I reached that level in my own practice, it felt great to pass that kindness on. I do use a waiting list, but I also give out the names of other qualified MT's, if people want an appointment right away.
Congratulations on your success. It's a testimony to your care & skill!

thank you for the advice on the waiting list. it's not a bad idea to do for those who actually call to schedule, but most of my clients (98%) book online. happily, the scheduler i use has a wait list feature which works very well. and fortunately for me (not my clients), i rarely have cancellations.

I agree with Angie, have a waiting list in case someone cancels on you.
Have you concidered raising your rates? That might free you up a bit and make you more as well.

I would suggest having a cancellation list and when clients call wanting to get in sooner than what you have available, you can offer to put them on your list. That way you're covered in case someone cancels.

Fully Booked
I just wanted to share my excitement because for the first time in 5 years, my entire month is booked IN ADVANCE. Of course, now comes the problem of trying to figure out how to handle clients who have become accustomed to booking something within a week... but I am terribly excited!
