It's my experience one needs to...
1) Avoid Budapest for it's just an overpriced tourist trap.
2) Travel to Debrecen, or Szeged, or Miskolc; after all it's the same unpredictably good/bad service, but much cheaper!
3) Learn Hungarian; do not expect them to speak English.
4) Make an effort to negotiate and negotiate well (in Hungarian).
5) Avoid any obvious providers like escort services, or fancy hotels, or fancy restaurants in tourist traps, unless you want to pay high-high prices in return for little or nothing.
6) Deal with individual girls, i.e. freelancers, and deal with them directly, not indirectly. Agree to pay them only HUF 6,000 (USD 30.00), but no more than HUF 10,000 (USD 50.00); if you pay her more, you are bidding up prices, and ruining it for all of us. Remember, you can get great BJs w/swallow, on a regular basis, from white streetwalkers, for USD 20.00, even in the U.S., even when she's a real giver, with a great attitude! Please don't mess it up for the rest of us, just because you did not get the attention you needed as a child!

This is where advance negotiation and language skills are so very important, because if you fail to negotiate with her in advance, she will assume all you want is a "hole in a barrel" experience, and it's a COMMON SCAM that she charges you additional monies for anything other than a "hole in a barrel" experience; I mean, she charges you additional monies for even touching or kissing the nape of her neck!
9) Tell her you want to come more than once, and say it in advance. Unless you negotiate with her in advance, she will SCAM you, and assume that you wanted to come "only once", and therefore she will assume she can start charging you additional monies even if you're within your pre-negotiated first 30 (or 60, or 120) minutes. I mean, if you do not negotiate well in advance, it is a COMMON SCAM that she will charge you additional monies, if you make an attempt to come in her presence again, i.e. the second time, even if you're within the 1 or 2 hour time limit you originally negotiated with her.
10) If you read forum articles, take any positive feedback with a large grain of salt. Item: An article in a Hungarian language sex forum. It's about "Piroska", age 35+, who works in Budapest. The guy who wrote the article says Piroska is very good, and he pays her three times the going rate. I say, A) nobody is worth three (3) times the going rate, and B) whoever wrote that article might have just wanted to do "Piroska" a favor!"
