Gallbladder

Hi

I am new I would like to start having reflexology sessions, having them work on my feet. I am having gallbladder problems, can i still have reflexology? Would this help Me? has anyone had success with gallbladder clients

Firstly welcome to hp, do go and say hi in the new members forum....

I have only had one client with gall stones and i could feel the sensitivity in the area but she stopped coming and went for surgery [&:], however the reflex helped her generally in terms of relaxation, and pain i do believe.

I had a client, a man who had had breast cancer but had just been given the all clear, and he had a gall stone between treatments. He looked so ill when he came to see me, really jaundiced. I treated him and he fell fast asleep in the chair and thoroughly enjoyed the treatment. I had actually been treating him for Plantar fasciitis which had virtually cleared up at that stage and sadly didn't see him again.

I would really like to phone people after a while in that situation to see how they are, but am afraid they will just thiink I'm touting for business.

Anyway, I am sure it would be fine to have treatment and could help a lot. Hopefully you are already cutting out as much fat as poss from your diet.

Hi Maria44,

I think that you would obtain benefit from a Reflexology treatment, not just for your gall bladder problems but also for your general well-being.
