Question Gamification of Tips

To make things more interesting I'll sometimes make a game out of the tips. I don't do this very often since the tip payout will often be a lot higher than normal but it's always fun when I do.

Here are two games I occasionally play.

The BJ Game - I book a duo and ask the girls to alternate giving me a BJ. I set a timer on my phone that beeps every 30 seconds and every beep they have to switch. Whichever girls gets the mouthful gets a double tip. The other girl gets the standard tip. I'll often have a wank (or two) before hand just to give them an extra challenge

So how do you keep one girl from hogging your dick? I got the idea for the timer when I heard a story about some US Sororities allowing pledges to opportunity to bypass the hazing if they won a BJ game. They would grab some random guy on campus and lead him behind some trees/bushes and the pledges would proceed to blow him round robin. The girl who got his load was excluded from hazing. A strict 30 second rule was adhered to and if you were too slow to switch you lost your next turn.
