Could anyone confirm if this is true for most of China? I don't want to walk into a legit sauna and feel stupid trying to look for extras. What are usually the tell-tale signs that there are extras being offered?
Going back to Guangzhou... I've only been there once, but right outside my hotel, there were a few mama-sans trying to advertise business. They just came up to me and pretty much just started asking if I wanted "fun with girl". I speak some Cantonese, but I'm sure even in English, she could get the general point across. I was staying with a friend at the time, so didn't want to bring the girl back to the room. She knew of a short time hotel a block away, so I had to pay hotel (I think it was 100-200 rmb), then negotiated the mamasan 450rmb. She asked for the money before leaving, which in hindsight is BAD in all places of asia since there's no longer the need for the girl to feel like she needs to perform for the money.
The first time, I got this amazingly cute and young girl. I actually saw her standing around some 7-11 like business before being approached by the mamasan, and assumed she was just a normal girl. When I finally came to an agreement with the mamasan, she walks over, and brings that girl over and I was in shock!!!. The service was a little mechanical though... showered alone, no massage, bbbj, and ride to completion. She gave me her number and told me to call her directly next time.
Second night, I was approached by a different mamasan, but she asked for almost 200rmb more than the girl from night before. I negotiated to just 100 above what I paid from the night before, and she promised a cute girl with huge boobs. When the girl arrived, I was somewhat disappointed. She was cute in the fact that she had a very normal look to her. Not overly done up, definitely would've passed as just any other girl on the street. Anyways, I was already feeling disappointed, but this one doesn't even offer bbbj, and she was very against me touching her. So whatever, did the deed, and gave her 20rmb tip.
So it's really hit or miss.... the girls were both from northern provinces. I don't really understand Mandarin, and they don't understand much English. But good thing the first girl was able to pick up a little Cantonese from the time she has been there, so we were able to communication somewhat.
