General info about Japan's changing night life scene...

For those of you who have never had the pleasure of checking out Japan's abundant and diverse nightlife, thought you might be interested in knowing about the comiing changes to scene.

Japan has been cited recently by the US government's annual 'Trafficking in Person's report - Related story here.

This is because Japan's nightlife draws upon women from all over the world, mostly from Asia of course, but from as far away as Colombia. Russians and especially Filipinas are popular too.

But as a result of that little listing in the report, Japan has been forced to tighten its regulations, also mentioned in above link...

The point is that, though it may take a while, the 'demographics' of Japan's nightlife is likely to be changing it in the near future.

But if I know Japan, and I do a bit, it is unlikely to curtail the abundant options to the locals and foreigners alike. Another story.
