Hi, been reading through back problem threads and thought I'd add my own to see if anyone has had similar or can offer suggestions. I'd been suffering from back pain now for over 2 years which consists of lower backpain, upper backpain/shoulder pain, constant headaches, numbness in left arm and leg and chest pain. I've been to the doctors and to see a neurologist and have been told I have a pulled tendon below left shoulder and also cervical spondylosis. I wient to see a chiropractor last week as nothing else seems to be working and he said that I was totally out of alignment. Since I went I've had no headaches and the lower back pain has virtually disappeared. However when I got up this morning my neck is really painful and I can't move it rund to the left without getting pain in my left back/shoulder area. Can anyone help?????
