getting started

Hello everyone! I'm an LMT trying to start a corporate chair massage business. I already have a business doing full body but am trying to transition to chair massage and have that be my main focus. In school I was pretty much taught to write a proposal and send it in to HR of businesses. I believe their has to be a better way to do this. Doing it that way I feel I have no control over whether they get back to me or anything. I don't know if it's realistic to think I could somehow get in there to give it to HR in person...any suggestions on how to approach possible clients would be helpful and appreciated. I really don't know what my first steps to contact people should be and, more particularly, what exactly I should say. I can't find much online and the one thing i did find required I pay them and I just don't have the money right now.
