By the true definition which most of us pooners go by, it seems to me that there is very, very little out there. Especially in Edmonton. I am not upset by this just stating a fact. To me all sexual activities are great. However I just wish that there was more true gfe out there. I think most of us pooners would be willing to pay for this kind of service if it it was true and included dfk, daty, 69, bbbj. and maybe greek.(PSE) Too my mind if you are paying for gfe you should get gfe? Am I wrong. I guess what I am saying is anyone can go out get drunk pick up a one night stand and have FS. When I pay hard earned $ I guess I expect the wow factor!! Alot of us are settling. Yes there are lots of gorgeous ladies in this city, thats not at issue. Now I know YMMV is a big thing. Hey I am not Tom Cruise or we would not even be disscusing this. I am howevr, polite, clean cut (to a point), well groomed, showered, cologne and so on. A bit overweight. But lots of us guy's are. I want to here your thoughts? IMO!!!! P.S. most of the true GFE is not local? Uhmm!

The first problem with what you are saying is that there is no accepted definition of "GFE" and we sure as hell ain't starting that topic all over again.

Second, I don't think you can really "expect" anything. A girl will offer what she offers and NO ONE can expect anything differently. If a girl or all girls are not offering what you "expect", then it's simple, don't play. Now, if what you really mean is that you want (as opposed to expect) certain things for your hard earned $'s, then I understand what you are saying but unfortunately it boils down to the same answer - if you are not getting what you want then stay home. Either that or just accept what it is you are getting. The only thing further to be said there is that the girls should be VERY clear and upfront about what they offer.

As for bbbj, as great as it feels and as great as it is, for every pooner on here who wants that you'll find another pooner who says no way b/c of the risk factor. and for every SP that calls herself GFE and offers bbbj you'll find 4 that also call themselves GFE but don't offer bbbj. Again, let's not get into the age old "GFE" debate as there is no answer.

Finally, as for "settling", you are probably right. Many of us do "settle". At least by the standards that you go by. But "settling" is all part and parcel of supply and demand. If we're prepared to settle and pay for it, we are dictating the demand supply of the equation and the girls will happily set the supply side of the equation accordingly.

I imagine there are a million definitions of GFE out there , ranging from hilarious lampooning to anal-retentive, cut and dry list of do's and dont's.

I think Freakychef is respectful enough when "pooning" or wanting to be "wowed" to the SP he sought out and choose to "go on a date with" that his YMMV will be much higher than most guys out there looking to get some.

That is why I like this board so much, i get to hear honest opinions from pooners and see the ladies POV as well - this is possibly the most valuable resource a guy could have.

And lastly, Freakychef, I am with you on the wanting to be "wowed" factor. I can get meatloaf every night for dinner ( well, ok - most nights....err some nights ? ) I want to be wowed and have some ice cream, see what it is like to drive a Ferrari (****? omg! ) and be in the company of a woman that a man would fantasize about long after the first encounter and come and gone.

.. Finn I know exactly where you are comming from. I am respectful as anyone here who is involved in this hobby. To be totoally honest money or not I am in awe of any girl sp or otherwise who will have sex with me. Call it low self esteem or whatever. The whole hobby has been very good to me. as I have had many many wonderful experiences far outweighing the totaly negative. Casson you are right on about the old gfe debate! Been done to death. Thanks at least my opinions are honest as I asume so are all of yours!

Don't get me wrong, wasn't criticizing. And for what it's worth I totally agree on looking for the "wow" factor. But short of paying $2000 in Vegas or London, I'm not sure it really exists. Don't get me wrong, there are many fantastic women here in Calgary that I happily pay $300 or so to see - but in one respect or another the "wow" factor isn't quite there. I think for me it means "wow" in every facet - attitude, face, intelligence, body, physical presence, intimacy, etc. In short, the girl of your dreams who you - or most any man - would marry in a heart beat. As I said, short of shelling out a couple of g notes - and perhaps not even then - it's quite elusive.

And yes, I've never doubted the honesty of your opinions, although it doesn't mean I'm going to agree with them all.

I have been doing this for 5 years. In my travels I have met only 5 ladies I got the wow factor from. And it was different for all of them.

But once there was a connection, I kept going back. That by itself, developed each experience way beyond the initial meeting, which was a wow in the first place, and just got better each time.

I believe GFE is defined by what we pooners want, not by what is offered. And our satisfaction is met when we find that SP that provides what we want. Now you have your true GFE.
