Girls (age 17-23), if you met a guy at the beach and he started chatting with you...?

and he liked you and felt like getting a little closer to you by touching your skin (just your arms or something, nowhere private), how would you let him know you would be ok with him doing so? Or if you wanted him to do so what would you do? Any advice would help =)

if i'm ok with it i would let him do what he does and probably do the same back to him but if i wasn't ok with it i would keep a proper distance with him and me so he couldn't touch me.

i think i would like it if a guy came and introduced himself but i would keep touching the girl if your going to see her again or another time not the first time you meet .. i guess touching her arm would only be ok if she did it first i guess..or got really close to you.
