Girls, is this good idea for a chat up line?

There's this pretty girl at my college(UK) don't really know her, she's a friend of a friend, so we've only spoken brief sentances. I saw her the other day and i was looking at her...okay i was staring but she is really hot. She turned and looked at me and i got that "oh s**t" feeling and looked away immediately. Yestarday she did the exact same thing to me. I was walking, looking around for my friends and i caught her staring right at me, and she also looked away immediately!

Next time i see her i was planning on going up to her n saying "<name> right? i saw you checking me out the other day... and i know you saw me checking you out, so i was wondering if you wanted to get a drink or do something sometime?"

How do you think that'll go down? Girls, how would you react in this situation? thank!!

i wouldn't say that as she might be embarrassed that you caught her looking at you, but you should ask her to do something.

she might be a bit shocked if you say she was checking you out, when infact she might not actually have been.
maybe try,
Your (name) right? Hows your day been, fancy talking over a drink?

A guy said that to me before.. at first it was extremely awkward but we got closer.. and ended up going out.. but it didn't end well.. anyway it does work!
