Just some comments regarding Studio B. Once again I arrived on time for my appointment only to find that the person before me arrived a good fifteen minutes late for his.

This time and as I recall, the last time, I was not sent out into the cold to wait in my car. Both times a kind and compassionate lady invited me in and let me wait in her room until the other person was finished. She commented that it was really cold out. It was a welcome change and a kind touch.

Gotta check out Studio B once and for all.Hard to believe in all my hobbying days I never made it to this place.

Sounds to me like this place is double booking appointments. IMHO opinion many spas don't truely honour appointments. What I mean is if you have an appointment at 3:00 pm and Joe Walkin (I think he is actor Christophers' semi-literate cousin) shows up at 2:50 pm, I really doubt any spa would turn him away and say sorry the girl you want is expecting an appointment @ 3:00.

I suppose they can hide behind saying "Well we never know if an appointment will show or not." I guess it is possible and in this business I guess that one bird in hand is worth two in the bush. What a delightfully appropriate phrase LOL.

Its happened to me at some of the better known spas in T.O. I drive all the way from the Hammer to wait for 30 to 40 mins before my session.

If that is a places policy then don't pretend to take appointments if you don't intend on keeping them.
