Its on a side street
Its on the side of the street as the train station. You wont notice it during the day but the lights come on in the night and you still see some hearts and lips on a neon sign.
In that street there is strip club
Otherwise go to hotel Sibir
They have strip club there.
Otherwise try your luck on Lenin Square with Emo and Goth Chicks
Though 99% wont speak any English.
Stay in Hotel Sibir is the the best option. Its the cheapest hotel I could find there. And its in the center.

I will go next week to Vladivostok. 2 years ago I was there in November - only rain and misty weather, not one girl on the street at night.

Hey if Vladivostok is like the rest of the major Russian cities 50 USD is impossible to find.

I have just come back Reviewom Russia and in Novosibirsk is 2500 RUB average.

Some girls for 2000 per hour.

Vladivostok is not a poor place. Thanks to cheap Chinese goods people there live good life. They have most luxuries as we do in the west
