I have been out surveying the recommendations above and here are my findings to date IMHO.
Pin's--middle aged lady, very nice and accomodating, good thai massage and a most satisfying ending. Don't think FS is available.
Cozy Spot--saw Jessica-Tall chineese lady, very enthustiatic with a very good massage and excellent hand release, she has a great body and loves to rub her toys on you. Saw another lady there also, younger probably part east indian, so so massage and again hand release but not as good as Jessica. Door charge was $10 more but well worth the extra $.Couple of otherw work there but haven't seen them yet.

Island bodyworks-- several older mid 40's thai ladies. Madonna nice enhanced body and fair shape for a 40 something lady,fairly good massage and body rub. Second lady was Sewe she is also a mid 40's thai lady. mediocre, unenthustiatic thai massage and OK body, both offer FS.

Noi's A1 Thai Massage- saw Lily- mid 30's thai lady with very lovely, large bust, she is a little larger - 1st time was quite good second time I saw her she was very unenergenic, complained a lot, and rushed with only 40 minutes but paid for one hour. Also saw Flower- probably about 30, Thai lady with some english, good massage, very nice body and wanted to ensure you had a good time. Did't see Noi but she is an older thai lady. Both offered FS.

So far my choices are Jessica at Cozy spot for a great massage or Flower at Noi's.

One other I should post is Tawny of Victoria
I was originally going to keep this one secret for selfish reasons but decided the world should know about this wonderful lady.

In the last couple of months I have made the rounds in Nanaimo again and the findings are about the same although Cozy spot has a new girl on call that was OK but not great.

Pin's and Island Bodyworks-- same old girls but a year older. Flower at Noi's can get quite enthustiatic although she is hit and miss.
At Island Bodyworks they are a year older and seem to be even more interested in the $$ and get you out the door than providing good service.
I did find an ad on Craiglist Nanaimo "For your Pleasure" and have seen her a couple of times. She advertises as age 47 but is more like 30, very good massage and excellent service. Well worth the $$ in comparison to the others here.
