Got a massage after a car accident half an hour, 400$ CDN!?!?

I went to a place for a massage after I got into a car accident (not right after) and they made me do paperwork for 10 minutes, and they charged me for a 20 minute massage. I got the bill and it was like 400 for the 30 minute massage...

Anyways I brought it down to 52.50$ and then I'm thinking... why would I pay for it because it made my back WORSE.

What should I do? Anyone have any suggestions?
