Hi all
I have a client who gave birth about 5 months ago & says during the birth in amongst all the activity her left leg slipped off the table/trolley. She has since then had intermittent groin discomfort that catches her. I've tried some gentle psoas work & softening of the pectineus & inguinal ligament area & MET to the adductors. Can anybody give me any other ideas on how to treat this problem with gentle techniques. I have a feeling it may be more related to her hip/pelvis alignment as I know that women are more hypermobile in the pelvis area during/after child birth due to relaxin hormone.
Any thoughts??
Thanks
Oz
