Are you going to the city of Guanajuato or somewhere in the state? I have only been to the city once. I had a business lunch there. I normally stay in Leon which is not too far. But if you don't have a car it may difficult or expensive to there and back.
It seems that this region of Mexico don't have a lot strip clubs, but they have bars (clubs) that seem like regular bars that provide take out. I went to a strip club (in Leon) called El Tapatio (spelling??) a couple of times. You can get take out there. Note: Don't not run a tab there. Pay as you go. They will pad your tab.
There are other places I'm told, but I have not visited yet. Depending on the length and frequency of your visits you may want to ask around and make contact with one of the local people to assist.
