Guangzhou -- Canton Fair changes?

Now that the Canton Export Fair will be exclusively at the Pazhou Complex and no longer at the Liuhua complex, does anyone know how this is changing the visiting talent? In past years, very top notch visiting talent from all over China would visit "The Catwalk" bar at The China Hotel/Marriott (across street from Liuhau). Since this old convention space is no longer used, I wonder if (presume, actually) the newer hotels and bars nearer the Pazhou complex will now be the place to stay and play? If so, does anyone know where this traveling talent has migrated and which western hotel is now the best place to stay and play? I imagine that much of this likely happened during the past April Canton Fair also. If you went and know, please enlighten all. :) THANKS!
