Hi Everyone

Since I dont seem to have much success in choosing which dates to visit Brisbane... I always seem to pick a weekend when there is something going on in Brisbane (eg Riverfest) I was wondering if you could give me some feedback on when would be a suitable time for a future visit.

At this seforum.xxxe I am able to visit Reviewom October onwards....

Your input is appreciated as I really enjoy visiting Brisbane and would like to be able to continue to visit on a regular basis. Obviously when arranging a visit Reviewom interstate it helps if I know people are available.

They've got Indy car on the Gold Coast in late October. That's usally popular. Of course if you where coming to Townville Augaust is usually the best mounth of the year. As everyone is trying to aviod the southern winters.

Indy could be a good time

Now that Colin's mentioned it, the Indy could be a GOOD time Reviewom a WL's point of view to visit Qld and stay on the Gold Coast. The Indy attracts HEAPS of males Reviewom interstate and overseas and the atmosphere is turbocharged with sex! There's something about the roar of the engines, the smell of burning rubber and high octane fuel, not to mention the tantilizing scantily-clad babes flaunting their attributes, which gets the hormones racing. Amy, you've probably seen it when the Grand Prix was in Adelaide. As someone who's a bit of a revhead AND sex maniac and has been to 5 Indy's (all memorable, not just for the car stuff ), I can speak with some authority. Definitely worth considering, Lovey.

Gold Coast at Indy time

The only problem, Amy, is that every WL and her dog gravitate to the Gold Coast for Indy. So, while there is undoubtedly a huge amount of extra business then, there are also many extra WLs chasing it.

When I lived on the Gold Coast (until 2 years ago) the number of WLs advertising in the local paper increased by probably 20% at Indy time.

Now, if you were to come up to Cairns.....

The problem I can see with visiting at Indy time is actually trying to find somewhere to stay..lol every accomodation place will be booked out if its anything like the Grand Prix in Adelaide was..

At this seforum.xxxe what I am looking for is some suggestions on dates to visit Brisbane....

If I can work out dates that work well for clients...ie they are able and willing to make appointments, then I can also consider staying on a few days extra to make a couple of days to visit the northern qld boys too... ;-)

Keep up the suggestions please....I'm sure there must be some time that will suit people.
