Ok, im 19 about 10st and want to get a bit fitter and iv just started the gym but its quite intimidating seeing everyone being stick thin or extra mucsly (im a size 10-12) and was just wondering whats the best way to go around maybe losing a few pounds a week etc..so far im on 2 different bikes/ treadmill /crosstrainer and a step machine ..theres alos a row machine .btw i dont want to use any weight machines as i have dumbells at home. Im just curious as to how long is a reasonable time to be on each machine 10 mins..15? also im thinking of going 3 times a week. thanks .
