and it felt fine. One of the needles did hurt me (between the eyes) but other than that never felt a thing. It was very relaxing and I actually fell asleep (wish I could do that at night, he he).

She also used laser to send energy to my kidneys (which are low in energy) and my lungs (I am asthmatic), so don't understand how that works, but I'm looking forward to my next session, next Tuesday.

I do not feel the benefits yet, but I am sure that will take a few more sessions.

I have always been a bad sleeper but its getting worse. Didn't sleep at all that night or either night afterwards, just hope it kicks in soon.
