CONNEAUT — Kristen Moore's new enterprise is all about relaxation.
Moore, a massage therapist licensed by the state of Ohio, has opened a new business, Euphoria Massage, at 223 Main St., in downtown Conneaut.
Moore provides a wide range of massage, from simple relaxation needs to treatment for migraine headaches and aiding pregnancies.
"It's good for everything," she said. "Once someone gets a massage, it becomes part of their routine. It's good for you mentally and physically."
Opening the doors to Euphoria Massage fulfills a career wish Moore's had for years, but delayed while she raised her children.
"This has been my dream since high school," she said. "I've always wanted to make people feel good about themselves."
Moore, her husband and her three children moved to the area from Clyde in August to be closer to family. After searching for a suitable business location, Moore set up shop inside the former Speer tax office on Main Street.
"It's a great location," she said. "There's a lot of traffic outside the door. I'm very excited to be here in this community."
Moore also works at JACK Cleveland Casino, giving massages to players who need a break after spending hours at the gaming tables.
Moore can be reached at 440-344-6122 to answer questions and schedule appointments. She promises the experience will be worthwhile.
"I have magical hands," she said, laughing.
