It seems that you don't need any proof of training at all, which I have never seen before.

I have had my insurance through this company for 2 years and no problems. I live in FL, and when I signed up they had to have my license number, so I don't know anything about not requiring proof of training. I've also worked at several places that used this company as well. Everyone I know with this coverage has been happy with it. It's cheaper than any other place I've found and you don't have to be a member of any particular organization.

Thanks for the info. I live in an unregulated state and it looks like I don't need to give them any info on my schooling.

I can't believe I never heard of this company before.

I have insurance thru this company. No problems, but I havent' had to use it. Its sold thur Massage Magazine I believe is where i found it.

Has anyone who has posted had to use this insurance? I think that's the real test of whether it's a reputable company.
