Guys, KTV isn't the best place to go in Hangzhou and FL's are quite unsafe.

I'd recommend some of the best Sauna's in Hangzhou and they are all in the $500-800RMB range depending on whether or not you're a VIP.

West Lake Golden Plaza - Jiafang Road
Milan Continental - Yi Le Road and Wener Road
Victoria -right across from Yin-Tai Department store, West Lake

I'm also seeing some apartment girls. I'll come back with a report later on.

Spent my time in Hangzhou. The 3rd floor has everything needed. Massage, billairds, swimming and after 8 a selection of cuties waiting at the desk of the barbershop.

As for "bring in" being cheaper - thanks for the advice, but the question is how to find them. I read one report on Hangzhou where someone said that he was approached on the street, so I'll go for a wander about the downtown area and see what I find (or what finds me), before trying the hotel then....

Some hotel KTV's are more of a display and select area for the girls, depends on the hotel. Try the massage service soon go to the massage room and see if they have english speaking girls and ask for in (your) room service.

In Bejing I just have to show my face near the massage room and my favourite girl fronts my room in a few minutes not even a word spoken she finds out the room number.

Be aware that hotel girls can cost a lot compared to "bring in".

No answers for ewe52? A pity, since I'm also going to Hangzhou soon and I haven' t seen a lot of info here.

I'm going to stay a couple of nights at the Regal Plaza, which apparently offers "Sauna", "Massage" and "KTV Room". I'm hoping that means that more than a vanilla massage is available, preferably back in my room (ideally, overnight). I guess I'll give it a go and see. But I don't know if it's likely to be worth rocking up to the KTV? Seems like a strange thing to do, on my own. Or is this normal, if it's a hotel KTV? Most reports here on KTV experiences seem to be with groups of guys...
