I texted to the number, and the person replied. Here is the information that I got from the person:
$55/30mins
5 young girls working
Opens at 10:00 am

I googled it but cannot find any information on the spa.

Can anyone provide more information?

What makes you think it's a spa? The LL ad is in the escort section and there's nothing about massage in it. Also that address is a condo and there aren't any spas at ground level. Also that condo is used by multiple escort agencies (I've been there). Also many of the pictures in the ad are stolen, so you're not seeing any of those girls for sure.

If it is not a spa, and since you have been there, what is the $55/30mins price for then?

I've been to that building to see escorts at other agencies, not them.

Anyway I texted them out of curiosity and they said 30 min for $50 massage + HJ. They said extras are available but need to discuss that in person. They also said it's a spa but I don't see anything resembling a spa at ground level on Google street view.

They definitely use fake pics though, so what you see is not what you get. Seems like they were trying hard to get me to come, and if they have fake pics, they'll probably lie about other things too.
